“We build up communities all over the world, and right now, we have a huge project in Greece. It’s a small town, surrounded by even smaller villages, right on the coast.”

Faith gasped. “Were they affected by the earthquake?”

“They were only a handful of miles from the epicenter. There was some significant damage, and that’s the call I received right before I told you I was leaving.”

Her lips formed a little O, and some of the anger seeped out as realization dawned.
